All went pretty smoothly

I ordered my handbag with trepidation given so many 1 star reviews and had all my fingers crossed. I was updated about my delivery and it said it would be 3-5 working days, mine took 6 working days so I've knocked off a star for that. The handbag is lovely and was pretty well packaged. So I am relieved that I did not have to discover how efficient (or not) their customer service is!

Ordered in December and 2.5 months…

Ordered in December and 2.5 months later still not received. Their customer support never replies, never ever. I had to start the process of getting my money back using the escalation process at Paypal. I have been a loyal customer, but this is the third time I have received bad customer support, I will never come back.

Any company who emails me within 30…

Any company who emails me within 30 mins of putting an item into a basket to try and finalise the deal is worth 1 star to me. Wont be buying here.

Excellent

Recently received a satchel that I ordered. Packaged very well to protect the leather and the item is just what I expected. The satchel is very well made and it is clearly a quality product.I am so happy with my purchase. I contacted customer service via the online chat function as I wanted a matching item that is currently out of stock. The person I spoke to was so helpful and contacted the warehouse while we were chatting and the product will be put to one side for me when it is back in stock. The whole experience was very good and I will definately be ordering from this site in the future.

Great customer service!

I cannot fault the customer service from Osprey London. I reported a problem with an order I made earlier this month, and they couldn’t be more helpful. I would like to mention Ben in particular, who managed to resolve my problem pretty much immediately. Apart from their service, their beautiful leather bags are just divine! I bought my first Osprey bag about seven years ago, and I cannot recommend their bags, or their service, highly enough. Thank you Osprey. What you did for me yesterday is greatly appreciated.

Ordered something online on 10th Dec

Ordered something online on 10th Dec, Order confirmed via email. Order update, it's being processed and will be dispatched via DPD on 14th Dec. Then received on 16th Dec: "We are very sorry to let you know that unfortunately we have had a stock discrepancy with XXXX-XXXX-XXXX and sadly we are unable to send you this item. We have arranged for the items to be refunded, please allow 3-4 days for the amount to appear back in your account."
They've offered me a 20% discount until 31-Dec. But come on, 9 days before Christmas, for an order confirmed, to be told, no sorry we made a mistake. That's just ridiculous, it's simple math. Really pi**ed off.

Breaching GDPR

I’m store the advisor asked for my email to give me a receipt. No receipt given via email only subscribed to marketing of which I did not agree to at all. Very big breach of GDPR. Will be reporting.

Brilliant Service

Bought a handbag for my wife's birthday as she loves Osprey to the point we always visit tge shop and spend when we visit London. She noticed that the zip pull tag was missing inside. I emailed their customer service asking for them to send the part but instead they organised an exchange for a new one via DPD and all sorted in less than 24 hours. Excellent service.
